Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan saran kepada investor dan masyarakat yang berencana menginvestasikan uangnya kedalam pasar modal dan berharap investor selalu menghitung nilai saham sebelum mengambil keputusan dalam berinvestasi. Dalam menilai saham dapat dilakukan dengan menganalisis internal maupun secara eksternal perusahaan. Analisis saham yang digunakan adalah analisis fundamental dimana berfokus pada analisis internal perusahaan. Dengan demikian hal ini selaras dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan mengetahui kewajaran saham menggunakan price earning ratio. Dalam memilih sampel penelitian pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Indeks LQ45 pada tahun 2016 – 2018 dengan metode purposive sampling dari populasi sejumlah 59 saham perusahaan diambil sampel sejumlah delapan perusahaan, yaitu AKR Corporindo Tbk, Astra International Tbk, Bank Central Asia Tbk, Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Surya Citra Media Tbk, United Tractors Tbk, Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Adapun metode dalam melakukan analisis perusahaan menggunakan metode pendeketan Price Earning Ratio. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada delapan saham perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian menghasilkan berbeda-beda kondisi empat perusahaan mengalami kondisi Undervalued, tiga perusahaan lainnya mengalami kondisi Overvalued dan satu perusahaan terahkir mengalami kondisi Correctly valued. The research objective is to recommend the sale of the best ornamental plant species to lovers of ornamental plants by using decision support system techniques. Ornamental plants are a type of ornamental plants that can survive in various conditions. In this case ornamental plants are also very vulnerable to disease such as root rot, shoot rot and others. Many types of ornamental plant sellers do not know how to handle ornamental plants that have diseases or symptoms when they occur. The study was conducted in Simalungun District with a sample of thirteen traders selling ornamental plants using observation and questionnaire distribution techniques. Selection of ornamental plants based on the types in this study include: Orchid Plants (A1), Tulips (A2), Bougenvil (A3) and Jasmine (A4). The assessment criteria used include: Plant height (C1), Plant quality (C2), Plant type (C3) and Plant age (C4). The method used in this research is Simple Additive Weighting. The results showed that Orchid Plant (A1) was the best alternative for selling ornamental plant species (V1: 0.91) and Jasmine (A4) as a second alternative (V2: 0.8).

Proposal ini dibentuk untuk memberi pemahaman bagaimana peran pemerintah dalam menangani COVID-19 dan membantu pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan sumber-sumber yang masih ada guna memperbaiki perekonomian baik bagi dirinya sendiri dan juga untuk negara Indonesia. Pemerintah mengambil perhatian secara khusus pada UMKM karena peran UMKM efektif dalam meningkatkan laju perekonomian Indonesia sehingga diharapkan agar UMKM dapat beradaptasi dengan Era Society 5.0 dan mampu memanfaatkan teknologi dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Implikasi dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah UMKM yang mampu berperan menjaga dan meningkatkan perekonomian negara dan juga peran serta dari pemerintah untuk mempertahankan keberadaan UMKM selama COVID-19.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Jakarta Timur ini merupakan kerjasama antara Fakultas Ekonomi (FEB) UKI dengan Gereja Kristen Pasundan(GKP) Klasis Jakarta yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya pencatatan akuntansi bagi pelaku usaha UMKM terutama bagi jemaat GKP Klasis Jakarta. Hal ini disebabkan masih rendahnya kesadaran pelaku UMKM terutama jemaat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan bisnis mereka. Pencatatan keuangan sangat penting bagi pelaku usaha apapun, namun pelaku UMKM sering mengabaikan hal tersebut, padahal melakukan pencatatan semua pengeluaran dan pemasukkan untuk mengontrol keuangan dalam bisnis adalah sangat diperlukan. Berdasarkan kondisi inilah dipandang perlu untuk memberikan sosialisasi mengenai pencatatan akuntansi dan diharapkan dapat membantu warga jemaat GKP Klasis Jakarta baik yang sudah memiliki usaha maupun yang belum untuk melakukan pengelolaan keuangan usahanya secara benar, disiplin dan teratur. Dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan jemaat dihimbau agar membawa serta riwayat pencatatan akuntansi penjualannya agar narasumber dapat lebih memahami apa saja yang sudah dilakukan jemaat selama ini dan dapat mengarahkan jemaat apa yang seharusnya mereka lakukan. Setelah memahami pentingnya pelatihan pencatatan akuntansi, maka sebagian besar jemaat semakin menyadari pentingnya pencatatan dan berniat untuk lebih baik lagi dalam melakukan pencatatan akuntansi usaha mereka. This study discusses the entrepreneurial spirit of students for 2 study programs, namely S1-Accounting and S1-Management Faculty of Economics and Business with a research sample of 168 students for the two study programs. given in odd semester (V) only, while for S1 Management study program apart from Entrepreneurship, Business Planning courses are also given (the new curriculum has been changed to the Entrepreneurial Business Creation course) in odd semester. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study was to find out the entrepreneurial spirit of students in the two Faculty of Economics and Business study programs, namely: 1). Analyzing the comparison of personal attitudes in students of the Bachelor of Accounting and Management study programs, 2). Analyzing the comparison of subjective forms in students of the Bachelor of Accounting and Management study programs, 3). Analyzing the comparison of perceived behavioral control in students of the Bachelor of Accounting and Management study programs and 4). Analyzing the comparison of entrepreneurial intentions in students of the Bachelor of Accounting and Management study programs. This research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, and the type of research used was descriptive research, using a survey method with a quantitative research approach. This type of research is descriptive research with a survey method. The results of the study used the Mann-Whitney test analysis, namely that there were significant differences between personal attitudes, perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial intention, in students of S1-Accounting and S1-Management study programs because they had a p-value <0.05, while for subjective norms in S1-Accounting and S1-Management study program students did not show a significant difference because they had a p-value > 0.05.Keywords: Entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial intention, theory of planned behavioral, Mann-Whitney test

Pelaksanaan.Pengabdian.Pada.Masyarakat.(PPM). memiliki tujuan yaitu memberikan. peningkatan pemahaman., evaluasi, simulasi pengetahuan dan manfaat vaksin COVID-19 serta membantu mensosialisasikan ke masyarakat khususnya dalam hal pemberian vaksinasi untuk pengendalian COVID-19. Dalam kegiatan ini menerangkan pemahaman manajemen sosialisasi pelaksanaan vaksinasi oleh pemerintah, salah satunya adalah dengan mendatangkan dokter, data yang akurat, dan informasi yang jelas, sehingga peserta atau masyarakat yang dituju juga dapat merasakan pengaruh manajemen sosialisasi pelaksanaan vaksinasi sehingga dapat mempercepat pelaksanaan vaksinasi dikalangan masyarakat. Implikasi pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini yaitu manajemen sosialisasi dapat berperan memberikan pemahaman pada masyarakat terkait pentingnya vaksinasi, dan memutus rantai penyebaran COVID-19 sehingga keadaan sosial maupun ekonomi negara lebih cepat membaik

This study aims to analyze the concept of spiritual example in Joshua's leadership and its impact on increasing spiritual perseverance in the context of leadership. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach to explore the concept of spiritual example in Joshua's leadership and how this concept influences the increase of spiritual perseverance in the context of leadership. Through analysis of religious, theological, and leadership literature, this study reveals that Joshua, an ancient leader in the Bible story, represents a spiritual role model in leadership roles. Joshua's leadership characteristics that reflected spiritual values, such as integrity, firm faith, and commitment to moral goals, had a positive impact in guiding the Israelites and strengthening spiritual perseverance in the face of challenges. This study describes how Joshua's spiritual example inspires and guides community members to follow the spiritual values he exhibits. Furthermore, the implication of the concept of spiritual example in leadership is the potential to strengthen the moral and ethical foundations in leadership roles. This research also shows the importance of the spiritual dimension in forming meaningful and authentic leadership characters in dealing with modern dynamics. The results of this study have significant practical implications for contemporary leaders. An understanding of the concept of spiritual example in Joshua's leadership can help leaders integrate spiritual values into their leadership practices. As such, this research makes a valuable contribution to understanding the relationship between spiritual example, spiritual perseverance, and meaningful leadership in this complex world. This study aims to uncover the secret of the plan of salvation that lies in the genealogy of Jesus Christ recorded in Matthew 1:1–17, especially in the context of the presence of foreign and sinful women in Jesus' lineage. In this effort, the method of theological analysis was used to understand the theological significance and moral message contained in the inclusion of women such as Tamar, Rahab, Ruth, and Uriah's wife in the genealogy of Christ. This research delves into the historical and cultural context of Matthew's writing and analyzes how the inclusion of these women complements and illustrates the fulfillment of God's all-encompassing and gracious promise.The findings of this study will deepen understanding of the redemptive narrative woven into the genealogy of Jesus Christ, provide deep insight into the inclusiveness of God's plan of salvation, and offer an evocative testimony of His infinite love and mercy to all mankind. Through this study, we analyze the benefits and challenges faced by religious communities in using digital platforms.

  This research explores an in-depth understanding of the Prophet Isaiah's message about the strength of faith in facing times of trial, with a focus on analyzing the meaning of fasting in the context described in Isaiah 58:6-10. This research aims to understand how the Prophet Isaiah became an example of the strength of faith through the teachings of fasting, in line with his theological and contextual understanding. Text and context analysis methods are used to detail the meaning and implications of fasting in Isaiah's writings, with the aim of identifying teachings that can empower people to strengthen their faith during times of trial. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to practical and theological understanding of the power of faith in the context of trials, especially through understanding the message of the Prophet Isaiah about the meaning of fasting.Keywords:Example;Faith;Fasting;Isaiah;Test

 Integrasi pendidikan Kristen dalam era kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan teknologi digital membawa tantangan serta peluang yang signifikan bagi sistem pembelajaran berbasis iman. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak transformasi digital terhadap praktik pendidikan Kristen, menyoroti bagaimana teknologi dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi, merampingkan administrasi, serta membangun komunitas digital yang interaktif. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membahas risiko yang muncul, seperti gangguan digital, dilema etis, dan potensi penyimpangan dari ajaran teologis. Melalui tinjauan literatur dan analisis strategis, studi ini mengidentifikasi pendekatan efektif untuk mengintegrasikan AI dan teknologi digital dalam pendidikan Kristen tanpa mengorbankan nilai-nilai iman. This study aims to deepen the understanding of Zacchaeus' life transformation based on the narrative of Luke 19 in the context of everyday life. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, this study leads to an in-depth analysis of Zacchaeus' character, actions, and responses, including the social and moral context surrounding his work as a chief tax collector. This study analyzes the biblical text to gain an indepth understanding of Zacchaeus' changes in attitude and behavior after interacting with Jesus. Through this approach, the study aims to highlight the impact of the encounter with Jesus on Zacchaeus' daily life, his repentance response, and how these changes affect his social interactions. One of the main aspects of Zacchaeus' repentance is restitution, namely the return of rights to those who have been harmed, which is a clear evidence of his moral and spiritual transformation. This study also links the principle of restitution in the story of Zacchaeus with its relevance to corruption cases in the modern era, emphasizing the importance of restoring justice as part of true repentance. The results of this study are expected to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of Zacchaeus' life transformation process, including internal and external changes, as well as its positive impact on his social environment. Thus, this study is not only a theological study, but also has practical relevance in the context of daily life and moral values. This study reflects the comprehensiveness and relevance in understanding the transformation of life based on the story of Zacchaeus' conversion in Luke 19, as well as its implications for the practice of restitution in various social contexts, including in cases of abuse of office and corruption.
