Efektivitas Air Rebusan Jahe Merah Terhadap Penurunan Intensitas Dismenore Pada Remaja Putri Di SMKS 1 Taman Siswa Pematang Siantar
Dysmenorrhea merupakan keluhan umum pada remaja putri yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas dan kualitas hidup. Penanganan non-farmakologis menjadi alternatif penting karena penggunaan obat jangka panjang berisiko efek samping. Jahe merah (Zingiber officinale var. rubrum) memiliki sifat antiinflamasi dan analgesik yang diyakini efektif meredakan nyeri menstruasi. Penelitian quasi-eksperimental one group pretest–posttest ini melibatkan 30 siswi SMKS 1 Taman Siswa Pematang Siantar, dengan pengukuran nyeri menggunakan Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) sebelum dan sesudah pemberian air rebusan jahe merah. Hasil menunjukkan 50% responden tidak lagi merasakan nyeri setelah intervensi, dan uji Wilcoxon menegaskan perbedaan signifikan (Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed = 0,000; p < 0,05). Analysis Satisfaction Patient Treat Inap in dr. Saragih Djasamen Hospital Pematang Siantar
Service health is wrong one factor which influence degrees health Public. Provider service health like house sick on era modern this mustimprove the quality of public health services. In maintenance, good government hospitals and private hospitals have a quality management component tomeet patient satisfaction with health services provided by the hospital. Destination from study thisisfor knowing satisfaction patient to service in Dr. Djasamen Saragih Hospital Pematang Siantar. This research is classified as observational research and is study quantitative descriptive with design studies cross sectional .Sample study This is as many as 97 patients. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and conduct interviews with respondents, namely patients or families of patients who are in the hospital inpatient room B. Analysis of research data using a computer system that is Microsoft Excel 2013. Results study show that score index satisfaction Public that is as big as 77,851, where number the there is on range 76.61 – 88.30 which show quality service B or good. Hospitals need to conduct a patient satisfaction survey every month or once every three months on a regular basis, in order to know the level of community satisfaction and could made ingredient evaluation for house sick if there is patient which not enough satisfied. Factors Related to Giving Hb0 Immunization at Batu Anam Health Center, Simalungun
More than 11 million people with Hepatitis-B in Indonesia, with a low prevalence of hepatitis B, most of the sufferers were aged 20-40 years, while in countries with a high prevalence of hepatitis B, the majority of people with hepatitis B were children.. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with giving Hb0 immunization to infants. The design of research was analytical. The study population was all mothers who had babies 0-7 days in Batu Anam Community Health Center. The sample size was 60 people. The research results were obtained based on the provision of Hb0 immunization, it was known that the majority of respondents were not given the Hb0 immunization as many as 33 respondents (55.0%) and the minority of respondents were given the Hb0 immunization as many as 27 respondents (45.0%) and it could be concluded that there was a relationship between education, work, number of children, knowledge, helpers. delivery, delivery assistance and family support for Hb0 immunization in infants. It is hoped that this research can become input for health workers to improve the quality of health services and education as well as information about Hb0 immunization in infants by providing counseling. Penyuluhan Kesehatan Dan Pelatihan Pembuatan Pupuk Organik Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Hidup Dan Ekonomi Keluarga Di Pusat Rehabilitasi Idaman Pematangsiantar
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Pusat Rehabilitasi Idaman Pematangsiantar dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kemandirian ekonomi peserta rehabilitasi melalui penyuluhan kesehatan serta pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan tentang pola hidup bersih dan sehat, serta pelatihan praktis mengolah limbah organik menjadi pupuk bernilai guna. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan peserta, keterampilan dalam membuat pupuk organik, kesadaran menjaga lingkungan, serta tumbuhnya motivasi untuk memanfaatkan keterampilan tersebut sebagai peluang ekonomi. Program ini tidak hanya mendukung aspek fisik dan mental peserta, tetapi juga memberikan bekal kewirausahaan yang berpotensi meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi setelah masa rehabilitasi. Kolaborasi lintas disiplin antara Fakultas Kesehatan Universitas Efarina dan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Simalungun menciptakan pendekatan holistik yang menyinergikan kesehatan, lingkungan, dan ekonomi. Gap Analysis Of The Quality Of Outstanding Services That Influence Patient Satisfaction
This paper was aimed to identify factors the gap of quality service of outpatient that affect expectation of consumer in Outpatient Unit or Instalasi Rawat Jalan at Fatmawati General Hospital. this research uses post-poitivis approach and qualitative method to identify the factors analysis of quality service that affect expectation of consumer in Fatmawati General Hospital Outpatient by considering service quality by provider perspective (Gap 1-4). Service quality of gap 1-4 theory by Valerie Zeithaml, Leonard Berry, and Parasuraman (1990) is used to support the factors analysis. In fact, the expectation of consumer affected by quality service that has been delivered by provider. The indeks of consumer expectation has decreased through three years, it implies that there are obstacles of quality service must provider face. The quality service that has been delivered dosen’t fit and propper to consumer needs. discussion result of this research show some factual of service quality obstacles i.e research of management, infeasibility perception, performance measurement, technology job-fit,communication eksternal media, and gap between management expectation and consumer expectation
PEMAHAMAN MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN TENTANG FISIOLOGI MANUSIA DALAM MATA KULIAH ILMU BIOMEDIK DASAR
Proses pembelajaran yang baik bertumpu pada hasil output dari apa yang di ajarkan, hal terpenting dalam pengajaran adalah pemahaman seorang peserta didik, salah satu bahan pembelajaran dalam jurusan keperawatan adalah ilmu biomedik dasar didalamnya terdapat topik tentang anatomi dan fisiologi. Bagian ini sangat penting di pahami oleh mahasiswa sebagai dasar dalam mempelajari ilmu keperawatan selajutnya. Proses pemahaman mahasiswa keperawatan akan mempermudah dalam melajutkan ke materi yang lebih spesifik berkaitan dengan keperawatan, maka perlunya adanya pemahaman mahasiswa keperawatan dalam mempelajari ilmu biomedik dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat sejauh mana pemahaman mahasiswa tentang fisiologi manusia yang terdapat dalam mata ajar ilmu biomedik dasar pada semester 1. Metode penelitian dengan desai survey deskritif. Dengan memebrikan intrumen penelitian berupa kuesiener kepada mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti proses perkuliahan selama 6 bulan. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan pada 10-15 Juli 2023, hasil penelitian menunjukan pada pemahaman yang baik sejumlah 17 orang (46%), cukup 19 orang (52%)dan kurang 1 orang (2%). Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlu adanya modifikasi dosen dalam memebrikan pendalam materi tentang ilmu biomedik dasar terkhusu adalah fisiologi manusia, memberikan evaluasi yang tepat kepada mahasiswa.sebelum dan setelah dilakukan perkuliahan Kata Kunci : Keperawatan, Fisiologi, Biomedik dasar
Komunikasi Interprofesional Sebagai Upaya Pengembangan Kolaborasi Interprofesi Di Rumah Sakit: Systematic Review
Komunikasi Interprofessional menjadi sangat penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan saat ini, di mana dapat memperluas populasi pelayanan kesehatan khususnya dalam memberikan perawatan dalam layanan kesehatan. Komunikasi interprofessional efektif adalah keterampilan penting yang dapat meningkatkan fungsi tim yang berkualitas tinggi, dalam perawatan pasien dengan melibatkan beberapa disiplin ilmu seperti dokter, perawat dan tim kesehatan lainnya (kolaborasi interprofesi). Tujuan sistematik review untuk mengetahui apakah komunikasi interprofesional dapat mengembangkan upaya kolaborasi interprofesi di Rumah Sakit. Metode yang digunakan adalah sistematik review. Artikel di cari melalui Google scholar, Proquest, Science direct, di lakukan menggunakan advanced searh dengan kata kunci Interprofesional, Communication, Collaboration,. Di dapatkan 3 artikel di mana masing-masing artikel menghasilkan bahwa komunikasi interprofesional dapat mengembangkan kolaborasi interprofesi di rumah sakit, dengan adanya komunikasi interprofesional yang efektif maka perawat, dokter, maupun tim kesehatan lainnya dapat saling menghargai dan dapat memiliki visi dan misi yang sama dalam memberikan layanan kepada klien guna meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan bagi klien sendiri.
Stress levels and coping strategy of nursing students in online learning during COVID-19 Pandemic. A mixed-methods study
Objective: To explain the stress level and coping strategies of nursing students in online learning during Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: . Explanatory sequential mixed method QUAN-QUAL study conducted at a private university in Bandung, Indonesia. Of the 260 nursing students, 157 consented to participate and answered a Depression Anxiety Scale-42 (DDAS-42) and The Ways of Coping in the Indonesian version. The participants of the quantitative phase with the indicative of stress were interviewed individually (n=17) to provide an in-depth understanding of the students' experiences of stress and coping strategy in online learning. Results: Almost one out of two students (47.1%) had some level of stress (16% between severe and extremely severe). Most nursing students (45.9%) used emotion focused coping strategies. Stress level was significantly higher among female students and internship academic level (p < 0.05). Nursing students' sources of stress were new experiences and hindrances to online learning. Coping strategies included seeking support and positive acceptance. Conclusion: A high proportion of nursing students experienced stress during their education process in COVID-19 times; they used specially emotion-focused coping strategies to reduce barriers to online learning. Peningkatan Kesadaran Siswa Sekolah Dasar melalui Seminar Pola Hidup Sehat di SD Advent Martoba, Kota Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara
Pola hidup sehat merupakan gaya hidup yang perlu dijaga untuk memperoleh kesehatan yang optimal baik fisik, kerohanian, mental dan sosial. Pada saat ini banyak siswa-siswi SD yang tidak memperhatikan kesehatannya. Banyak yang mengikuti selera tanpa menyadari kualitas makanan yang sedang dikonsumsi, makan tanpa memperhatikan kebersihan tangan, dan jarang olahraga. Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa-siswi SD Advent Martoba akan pentingnya menjaga pola hidup sehat dengan memberikan seminar mengenai makanan sehat, cuci tangan yang benar sebelum dan sesudah makan, olahraga. Metode yang dilakukan ialah metode survei deskriptif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada skor pengetahuan. Uji paired samples correlations menunjukkan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara pre tes dan post tes (r=0.861, p=0.000). Dari data ini, kegiatan ini berdampak positif kepada siswa-siswi SD Advent Martoba dengan meningkatnya kesadaran mereka untuk memilih makanan yang sehat dan bersih, mencuci makan sebelum dan sesudah makan, serta pentingnya berolahraga.
Effect of Autogenic Relaxation on Blood Pressure Reduction in Elderly Patients with Hypertension
Hypertension is still one of the major health problems in public health in developed countries. Hypertension can be treated with pharmacological and nonpharmacological treatments. One of nonpharmacology treatment is autogenic relaxation to hypertension blood pressure. Objective to determine whether autogenic relaxation can reduce hypertension blood pressure. This was a pre-experimental study with pre and post design, The population of all elderly with hypertension, the ware 10 elderly purposive sampling. Autogenic relaxation techniques are carried out using guidelines for relaxation techniques performed by nurses who have the ability to do relaxation techniques. Independent t-test ware used for data analysis. The result of the analysis showed that there was a change of mean pressure between before and after autogenic relaxation therapy with significant systole value at p - value = 0,00 (α <0,05) and diastol significant value at p - value = 0,00 ( α <0.05) so that there is an autogenic relaxation effect on the decrease in blood pressure in the elderly patients with hypertension. Seeing the results of this study then this autogenic relaxation therapy can be used as an alternative therapy in treating blood pressure problems in elderly or parents in addition to treatment therapy.
Measuring patient safety culture using the hospital survey on patient safety culture pasca pandemic Covid-19
The patient safety system is a top priority that must be implemented by the hospital, this is very closely related to both the image of the hospital and patient safety. The current Covid-19 pandemic situation requires serious attention from the health service, in order to avoid transmission of respiratory diseases and other nosocomial infections, so that patient safety is a priority. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of patient safety management carried out at Adventist Hospital. This study used a quantitative descriptive design, using a survey questionnaire from the Hospital Survey on the Hospital Survey of Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) from Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). Which was carried out from November to December 2021, using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. This study gave positive results on aspects of the dimensions of hospital management support for patient safety in patient safety culture question items such as Hospital management actions showing that patient safety is a top priority, with a percentage of 81.7%, the lowest positive aspect is the patient safety aspect. dimensions of training and organizational learning on the question item: in contact with our colleagues, we improve our safety practices, with 0.8 % of respondents. Patient safety is currently an aspect that is of concern to almost every service provider, especially hospitals, with more and more hospital management conducting patient safety measurement processes using the HSOPSC survey, the patient safety aspect will increase.
The relevance of the competence of state officials to the effectiveness of accounting in local government financial reports
This study examines the literature to prove the relevance of the Competence of state apparatus to the effectiveness of government financial reporting accounting activities in the regions. Many findings have been reported on the importance of local regulatory Competence in government financial projects. However, only some have examined the relevance of apparatus competence to local government financial reporting activities. Carefully studied under a phenomenological approach involving data coding, ordering evaluation, data interpretation, and conclusion, the point of which is to answer the problem validly and reliably in the effectiveness of accounting activities in local government financial reporting. In other words, when state officials have high Competence, it will be easier to report regional government finances. This friend will provide a new vehicle and enlightenment to support similar studies in an academic context and industrial practice.
